Habu Poster Print

$12.00

This is a reproduction of a 1968 poster by Russ Maheras commemorating the "Habu" nickname for the SR-71 Blackbird and its crew.

Habu is the name of a venomous snake found in Okinawa, Japan where the SR-71 was based when it earned this nickname, owing to the fact that they look similar.

This nickname has stuck and now even the crew patches say HABU.

Awesome Quality

It's a beautiful poster. Due to the price being so low I was a little worried about it being produced by a lower quality printing service, but Terry actually sent out an email update to everyone that ordered it saying they're having the printings produced professionally. I thought that was really nice of him to go out of his way to let everyone know. Anyway, the poster definitely didn't disappoint, it's awesome. :)
