RETURNS & REFUNDS

Most items in new condition are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their original shipment date. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. To initiate a return, please request a return label here and be sure to include your 4-digit order number.

We guarantee the authenticity of our fossils, artifacts, and other specimens. We can do this by sourcing our items only from trusted sources. We also have professional consultants on staff in various scientific fields to provide independent verification. If you find that our representation with regards to authenticity or restoration is inaccurate, the specimen can be be returned for a full refund.

We do not provide physical certificates of authenticity with our items for several reasons. They take time to create, most people discard them, and the flood of fake certificates online has devalued the practice and reduced their trustworthiness.

We do occasionally sell synthetic fossil replicas, but they are always clearly labeled as such.
